Bilingual Pension Specialist (French/English)

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
– Assist with setting up pensions for retirees and existing employees
– Respond to written and telephone inquiries from employees regarding administration of pension and benefits
– Review and discuss retirement and disability benefits with existing employees and former employees
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Customer service and membership services background
-Maintains self composure when confronted with problems
– Good oral and written skills in English & French definite requirement (A written test will be administered)
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Solid understanding of Pension/benefits Administration
– Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions
– Able to handle high volumes of work and a variety of tasks at one time
