What You’ll Do
You’ll manage a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements, lead a team of junior staff, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver outstanding service. This role empowers you to influence best practices, mentor future leaders, and bring strategic thinking to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate audit engagements alongside senior team members
• Review assurance files for completeness, compliance, and quality
• Manage budgets, timelines, WIP, and client billing
• Mentor and guide junior audit and assurance staff
• Foster long-term client relationships through consistent, quality service
• Identify new service opportunities and support business development efforts
• Promote innovation and efficiency across audit operations
• Contribute to internal training and development initiatives
• Support other accounting functions and participate in firm-wide projects
Qualifications
• CPA designation with 3 to 5+ years of public practice experience
• Strong background in accounting and assurance engagements
• Experience working with diverse and dynamic client portfolios
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Effective communicator with strong client service orientation
• Excellent time management and project coordination abilities
• Fully bilingual in French and English
