Languages: Bilingualism in English and French is required
Salary: $90k-$125k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior staff and Partners to coordinate and oversee audit engagements

Review assurance files for accuracy, completeness, and quality

Manage budgets, WIP, and billing timelines

Lead and mentor junior assurance and audit staff

Deliver superior client service while developing long-term client relationships

Identify and act on new sales and service opportunities

Promote innovation and efficiency in audit procedures and operations

Support and lead professional development initiatives across the practice

Participate in other related accounting functions and internal projects
What You Bring

CPA designation with 3–5+ years of progressive public practice experience

Strong background in accounting and assurance

Experience working with diverse client bases

Proven leadership and people development skills

Collaborative team spirit with strong communication and client service abilities

Excellent project and time management skills

Fully bilingual in French and English
