Bilingual Administrative Assistant (French/English)
Our client located in Markham is looking for a fluently bilingual individual to provide Administrative support to their workers' consultant team. This will included communicating with the various sources by email and phone, reviewing documents, and regular maintenance in updating their database.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Provide various administrative support duties, such as scanning documents, database maintenance, filling, some translation.
- Creating and managing active files within their database
- Liaise with Insurance vendors, legal teams and WSIB
- Assist in drafting letters/documents
- Support in house legal consultants with all active case files
- Coordinate/arrange all meeting or consults
- Various administrative projects or initiatives (reporting, presentations etc..)
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
- Organized and detail oriented
Experience reviewing legal files preferred - Able to multi-task and prioritize
