Bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will manage the full accounts receivable process, primarily for French-speaking clients, using SAP and Excel tools. Your role will include collections, billing support, and credit evaluations, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking and English-speaking customer accounts
• Perform billing, collections, and payment reconciliation using SAP
• Assist in credit reviews by gathering financial data and payment history
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all collection efforts
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issues
• Analyze aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts when needed
• Support credit hold decisions and assist with month-end AR activities
Qualifications
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
• 2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or credit analysis
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent phone presence and professional communication style
• Experience with CRM systems is an asset
