Bilingual Account Manager (Hybrid – Supply Chain/Logistics)

Key Role Responsibilities
- Handle commercial installs for new and existing clients
- Find solutions for all supply chain & logistic challenges
- Coordinate any service repairs, installations, or warranty issues
- Provide direct support to Sales, Technical, and Supply chain teams
- Manage various install projects with all stakeholders involved
- Monitor, track, and resolve any shipment issues
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience in processing orders for commercial clients
- Fluently bilingual
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills
