What You’ll Do

Responsibilities
• Review inspection reports, images, and customer information to assess vehicle condition
• Investigate and resolve claims using sound technical judgment
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and outcomes
• Translate customer concerns into accurate technical assessments
• Support dispute resolution by providing unbiased, fact-based decisions
• Assist with matters related to vehicle registration, liens, and odometer concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and maintain quality standards
• Track case details using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay informed on relevant policies and regional regulatory considerations
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive experience such as technician, service advisor, or estimator
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and condition assessment
• Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage conflict and support fair resolutions
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within structured processes
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
