About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Our client is seeking a Specialist, Air Services to coordinate travel logistics and support seamless program execution. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in air travel, group bookings, and the ability to provide problem-solving support for both clients and internal teams. This hybrid position offers flexibility, stability, and an opportunity to contribute to impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated agent for group bookings, arranging air, ground, and hotel logistics within program guidelines.
- Research international travel requirements, including passport and visa needs.
- Manage and monitor all aspects of travel arrangements for staff attending events.
- Produce and maintain detailed program manifests (Arrival & Departure) to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Create, distribute, and oversee electronic documents, manage program worksheets, and maintain client files for future reference.
- Collaborate with Accounting to audit final program expenses and ensure accurate program-specific reporting.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and monitor inbound/outbound flights, promptly addressing any travel-related issues.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Air Counselor or comparable Booking Agent.
- Advanced knowledge of Sabre, group air contracts, airline policies, and zone fares.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with travel-related technology and quality control automation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Cvent GDS, Prime Analytics, Grasp, and ClientBase is a bonus.
