Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator (English required)

What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of full-cycle Accounts Payable for Canadian operations within a structured and process-driven environment. While you will work independently, you will also receive support from a collaborative accounting team and cross-border colleagues.
This is a high-volume role that values accuracy, organization, and steady performance. You will play a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring financial compliance.
Responsibilities
• Review, verify, and process high-volume vendor invoices, including three-way matching where applicable
• Manage timely payments via electronic transfer, wire, cheque, and approved methods
• Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update vendor records, including new vendor setup
• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with policy
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
• Generate Accounts Payable aging and payment reports
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy
• Assist with audit and tax documentation requests
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements within the AP process
• Operate within an ERP and invoicing system environment
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and three-way matching
• Experience working with ERP or integrated accounting systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing deadlines in a structured setting
• Professional and responsive communication skills
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field is an asset
Compensation
$50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
Hybrid model with four days in office and one day remote.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
