Bilingual Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and goals in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and written communication.
- Demonstrate and present machinery capabilities at client locations and technical centers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Efficiently plan field visits to ensure maximum customer engagement.
- Provide regular activity, win/loss, and forecast reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and open houses to represent our client.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or metal equipment sector.
- Educational background in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 75%).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Eligible to work in Canada (Permanent Residency or Citizenship required).
