Our client is seeking a driven Bilingual Inside Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join its team in a remote role available to candidates across Canada.
You do not need previous recruitment experience to succeed. This opportunity is designed for strong salespeople and experienced professionals who know how to communicate, build trust, influence decisions, handle rejection, and work toward meaningful goals.
This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary. You will earn 40% commission on every successful placement, starting with your first placement. There are no commission tiers, thresholds, or earning caps.
Illustrative annual earnings based on production:

$150,000 production = $60,000 commission

$250,000 production = $100,000 commission

$350,000 production = $140,000 commission

$450,000 production = $180,000 commission

$550,000 production = $220,000 commission

$650,000 production = $260,000 commission

$800,000 production = $320,000 commission
Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on performance. Because this is a 100% commission role, actual earnings may be lower or significantly higher, and compensation is uncapped.

What You’ll Do
You will connect French and English-speaking professionals with career opportunities while helping employers across Canada find talented bilingual candidates.
This is a candidate-focused inside sales and recruitment position. Your success will come from building relationships, identifying strong candidates, creating interest in opportunities, and guiding people through the recruitment process.
You will not be responsible for traditional business development or account management.
Responsibilities

Source candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal recruitment resources

Make outbound calls and proactively connect with prospective candidates

Interview and assess candidates in both French and English

Understand candidates' professional experience, career goals, motivations, and expectations

Present career opportunities clearly and persuasively

Match qualified candidates with active opportunities

Prepare candidates for interviews and help them put their best foot forward

Guide candidates through offers, negotiations, and acceptance

Develop a strong professional network within Canada's bilingual talent market

Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines

Consistently work toward defined activity, recruitment, and placement goals
Qualifications
You may already have recruitment experience, but it is not required. Successful candidates may come from sales, account management, business development, financial services, real estate, insurance, hospitality, retail management, customer service, human resources, corporate operations, or another results-driven professional environment.
