Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist (French and English Required)

Introduction

Our client is a promotional marketing and branded-merchandise company in Mississauga. They need a bilingual Client Solutions Specialist who can support corporate clients in French and English, with written French as a core part of the work. Compensation is $50,000 to $60,000, with room in that range for a junior, trainable person or for someone who brings more. This is a stable, long-term seat on a small client solutions team, primarily in the office.

The work is broader than a typical customer-service role. You will help clients with branded products, sourcing, decoration, and fulfillment, and you will produce accurate professional French for client communication and marketing support. Four days per week in the office is the current target, with the possibility of five. The office is not highly accessible by public transit, so a sustainable commute matters.

What You'll Do

You will be a dependable point of contact for corporate clients who need branded merchandise and related support. You will manage a real volume of requests by email and phone, keep details from dropping, and coordinate with teammates so orders and commitments stay on track.

A large part of the value is French. You will handle French-language client needs, write professional French, and support French marketing and social content for a major national account. Spoken French is required. Written French is required and is not optional.

Responsibilities

– Provide bilingual French and English client service by email and phone.
– Produce accurate, professional written French for client communication and translation work.
– Support French-language marketing and social content for a major national client.
– Coordinate branded-merchandise work across sourcing, decoration, fulfillment, and distribution, from bulk shipments to individually packed kits.
– Manage multiple client requests at once and follow through on every commitment.
– Keep records, details, and handoffs accurate so nothing is dropped.
– Work closely with the existing client solutions team and other internal departments.
– Work primarily in the Mississauga office, four days per week, with comfort if that becomes five.

Qualifications

Required

– Professional French and English. Spoken and written French are both required. Written French must be strong enough for client-facing translation and marketing content.
– Proven client or customer service skill, with organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
– A caring, dependable, accountable way of working with clients and colleagues.
– Comfort with regular in-office work in Mississauga and a commute that is sustainable, including limited public transit.
– Interest in a stable, long-term role and in being trained where needed.

Preferred

– Experience in branded merchandise, corporate gifting, print, packaging, marketing services, fulfillment, or product-oriented client support. Direct industry experience is an asset, not a barrier.
– Comfort managing volume and complex order or distribution details.
– An interest in products, suppliers, and marketing.

Junior and trainable candidates are welcome. Years of tenure are not the test. Reliability, written French, and follow-through are.

Benefits

– Salary of $50,000 to $60,000, with flexibility in that range based on what you bring.
– 3 weeks of vacation plus 6 additional paid days, including an employee appreciation day, your birthday off, four summer half Fridays, and two holiday skeleton days. Total paid time off is more than 4 weeks.
– A small, established team that already has strong performers in place, so you are adding capacity rather than building the function from scratch.
– Other benefits are still being confirmed and will be shared during the process.

Why Work with Us

This is a structured client-service role with variety: major accounts, tangible products, French communication, and fulfillment that is more interesting than a conventional call centre. The culture values caring about clients, colleagues, and the quality of the work. A strong, dependable performer can make an immediate difference by taking on volume the team already has.

Our client is looking for someone who takes ownership, does not want to let people down, and wants a long-term seat rather than a short stop. If you want predictable work, a team that supports you, and a bilingual role where written French actually matters, this is built for that.
