Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is a worldwide leading financial institution. They are currently looking to add a strong individual with an eye for detail to their team! 
 

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

– Process all monetary or non-monetary requests for external and internal clients.

– Set up new accounts and complete transactions for existing clients. 

– Follow up on any accounts or trades that are not in good standing.

– Various administrative duties as required.
 

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

 – Open to raw graduates with excellent communication skills or comparable experience.

 – Fluently Bilingual (French / English).

 – High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
