Your Role as Bilingual Customer Service Executive:
As part of a dynamic team, you’ll handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clients receive a smooth, top-tier experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador by delivering prompt, insightful service and helping clients maximize their use of products and platforms. This role includes cross-collaboration with teams in London and APAC, giving you exposure to a global work environment.
