Position Purpose:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative, reporting to the, General Manager, plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth within our French-speaking market. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels while promoting and selling our products.

Responsibilities:
– Provide prompt and professional customer service support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
– Educate customers about our products and services, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
– Proactively follow up with customers regarding the status of their orders and provide assistance to potential clients to convert interest into sales.
– Offer ongoing support to existing customers, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have related to their purchases.
– Perform accurate data entry tasks into our system to maintain updated customer records and order information.
– Assist with general administrative duties and order entry tasks as needed to support daily operations.
– Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client and company information to maintain trust and integrity.
– Collaborate with team members and undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
– Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
– Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse customers.
– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
– Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
