Position Summary:
This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in learning more about our solutions, as well as handling inbound inquiries with the same objective. The primary goal is to qualify potential clients and schedule telephone meetings for the Inside Sales Team.
The Bilingual Sales Consultant will also answer client questions and present product solutions tailored to their needs. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with targets and thrives on challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects who have requested information
- Handle inbound calls from clients seeking details on products
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to encourage prospects to schedule a meeting with the Inside Sales Team
- Explain products, handle objections, and answer questions
- Collect and input customer information (e.g., name, address, secured debt) into the system
- Adapt sales scripts to suit the needs and interests of different individuals
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or correspondence
- Schedule appointments with the Inside Sales Team for clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Post-secondary education
- Experience in customer service or telesales
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Availability to work weekend shifts (full or part-time)
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel
- Comfort in gathering sensitive financial information from clients
- Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with targets
- French language skills are an asset
