Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist

Position Summary
Duties:
– Source candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
– Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and inquiries.
– Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
– Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
– Conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding.
– Assist with training, development, and performance management.
– Implement HR policies and collaborate with management on HR practices.
– Prepare HR metrics and reports.
– Oversee health and safety programs, conduct inspections, and manage training.
– Investigate incidents and work with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to promote safety.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Fluent in English and French.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Discretion with confidential information.
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
– CHRP or CHRL certification is a plus.
