Bilingual Client Specialist – Bilingual (French/English) – Good Growth Potential – SALARIED + Bonus
Our client in the MARKHAM/North York area is looking for a fluently bilingual individual to provide a high level of customer service and maintain an existing group of established accounts as well as develop new accounts in a truly untapped market.
Handle all inbound calls from existing customers with regards to their accounts. Extensively promote the company’s brand and product. Some outbound calls are required.
This is the perfect role for an outgoing and sales-oriented individual.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Handle escalated calls as needed
- Upselling, and promoting the product and brand
- Providing a high level of customer service, managing and coaching a small group
- Managing KPI's, goals, targets, mentoring and coaching
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 2 years automotive client service experience
- Detail Oriented
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Knowledge of the Sales process
