Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager with proven leadership skills.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in both French and English.
- Experience with payroll management and exposure to payroll systems.
