What does a successful Client Operations Support Associate do?
We are seeking a proactive bilingual individual to work closely with our high-value clients and internal teams to facilitate upgrades and identify opportunities for software and subscription enhancements. This role also involves supporting promotional offerings related to additional services and ensuring that we meet contractual obligations with payment networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize empathy, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities to retain clients and reduce attrition.
- Ensure prompt reporting, follow-up, and escalation of client issues to minimize service disruptions and impact.
- Stay updated on company changes and possess a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and client operations. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of relevant products, platforms, systems, and processes.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently, in line with “Customer First” initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience in a technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and relevant platforms.
