Team Assistant – Programs and Services
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to join our Programs and Services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support in a dynamic healthcare or social services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process and track client referrals
– Maintain and update shared electronic records
– Communicate with clients, families, and network partners
– Respond to general inquiries and direct clinical inquiries appropriately
– Support quality improvement initiatives
– Participate in network activities and professional development
– Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and safety protocols
Qualifications:
– Two-year College diploma in Office/Business Administration or Medical Administration
– Minimum one year of relevant office administrative experience in healthcare or social services
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records
– Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of children's service systems in the region (asset)
– Ability to communicate in French or other languages (asset)
– First Aid certification (asset)
