Our Client in Milton is an industry leader and looking to add an outgoing, hardworking, flexible team player for their growing Customer Care Department.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Liaison – Communicate over the phone with local, regional and national clients.
- Client Advocate – Provide exceptional customer service (handling calls and order management)
- Personal Development – Participate in departmental training programs
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- Strong computer competency (MS Office)
- Ability to multi-task
- Can do attitude
