Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (French and English Required)

This is a permanent, full-time position supporting multiple office locations in Quebec.
Compensation Range: $65,000 to $85,000 CAD annually, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting a wide range of HR initiatives, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, employee programs, reporting, and workplace health and safety. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization while helping deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day Human Resources administration, employee records, and HRIS updates.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.

Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.

Prepare HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce data.

Coordinate performance management and workplace training programs.

Support leave of absence administration and return-to-work programs while coordinating with external providers as required.

Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation and workplace posting requirements.

Coordinate Human Resources projects, calendars, meetings, and internal communications.

Organize employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition activities.

Support Joint Health and Safety Committee activities and workplace health and safety programs.

Process departmental invoices and assist with additional Human Resources initiatives as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience.

Fluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources best practices, employment legislation, and compliance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset.

Progress toward or completion of a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is considered an asset.

Exceptional organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel between office locations as required.
