Our client is seeking a Bilingual English and French Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team in Oakville, Ontario. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity supporting business customers through every stage of the sales process. Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 CAD annually

What You’ll Do
As a key member of the sales support team, you will help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience by coordinating administrative processes, supporting sales activities, and working closely with internal departments. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will contribute to successful customer relationships and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and the sales team across Canada.
- Support customer onboarding, including documentation, vendor setup, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate customer incentive programs and manage required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate important milestones including demonstrations, orders, deliveries, and registrations.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and service teams to support customer needs.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and maintain performance metrics.
- Communicate with customers to ensure a professional and consistent experience.
- Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French, required.
- Two to four years of experience in sales support, customer operations, or a similar business-to-business environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or a comparable platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive and dependable approach to problem solving.
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, clean technology, or a related industry is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with incentive or funding program administration is an asset.
- Experience supporting quotations, contracts, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination is an asset.
