Introduction

What You’ll Do
You will support customers by managing reservations, providing product and itinerary information, assisting passengers, and helping resolve concerns. The role offers seasonal variety, allowing you to contribute across both reservations and customer service functions throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Process new reservations, cancellations, and reservation modifications
- Respond to inquiries regarding itineraries, products, and services
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Provide passenger support and assistance
- Review reservations to ensure accuracy and smooth service delivery
- Address post-service customer concerns and complaints
- Assist with special projects and team initiatives as required
- Maintain strong knowledge of travel products and destinations relevant to the role
Qualifications
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Previous customer service or tourism industry experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Additional language skills such as German, Portuguese, or Spanish are considered an asset
