Our client is seeking a Bilingual Applicant Support Representative to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is a customer-facing, support-based role where you will spend a significant portion of your day assisting applicants through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems.

What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Applicant Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the screening process. This is a highly interactive customer support position that combines inbound calls, outbound follow-up, email communication, and ticket management.

You will help applicants understand next steps, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure they receive professional, timely, and accurate support throughout their experience.
