Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually

What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Processing Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing daily processing activities, supporting workflow execution, and helping the team meet service commitments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
You will also have opportunities to develop leadership skills, deepen your operational expertise, and contribute to process improvements that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily processing workflows and priorities to support timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor service levels, turnaround times, queue performance, and workload distribution.
- Create and maintain schedules to support operational coverage and business demands.
- Assign and balance work across team members and external partners.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for processing issues, exceptions, and workflow concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to team members regarding processes, procedures, and service requirements.
- Review work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- Track open items, pending requests, and escalations to ensure successful follow-through.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional processes and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, quality enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
- Support reporting activities by providing updates on workload, service levels, quality trends, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French are required.
- Previous experience in operations, workflow coordination, administration, processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable using business systems, databases, and workflow management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting service level agreements, operational targets, or quality standards is considered an asset.
