Bilingual Business Development Manager – FR/EN
Location: Ontario (Remote) – regular travel to QC required for Bilingual opening

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 base + uncapped commission
Travel: 20% (client visits, industry events)
Our client, a national leader in telematics and premier reseller, is growing its elite sales team. Under new leadership and amid a high-growth trajectory, they’re seeking high-performance Bilingual (FR/EN) Business Development Manager to drive business in Québec
These roles is ideal for outcome-driven hunters who thrive in a remote-first, high-autonomy sales environment and who want to join a company with deeply rooted client relationships, strong internal support, and real upward mobility.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to close
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term account growth
- Attend industry and partner events, client meetings
- Travel up to 20% (kilometre reimbursement and rental coverage provided)
What You Bring:
- 2+ years B2B sales experience in tech, telecom, SaaS, or related fields
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
- Experience conducting client discovery and delivering persuasive presentations
- Bilingual fluency in English and French for one of the roles
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship-building ability
- Self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and coachable mindset
