Bilingual Member Services & Events Coordinator (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will be at the center of member engagement, supporting a wide range of initiatives that enhance the overall experience. From coordinating events to managing member communications, you will gain exposure to multiple business functions while developing valuable skills in operations, client service, and technology.

Responsibilities
• Respond to member inquiries via email and occasional phone support, including French-speaking members
• Support onboarding, account access, and CRM-related troubleshooting
• Assist with planning and executing virtual and in-person events
• Coordinate webinar logistics including speaker communication and live session support
• Manage event registration, communications, and attendee experience
• Maintain accurate member records and generate reports using CRM and Excel
• Assist with bilingual communications and content updates
• Provide administrative and operational support across teams
• Contribute to the execution of a major annual conference

Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, membership services, or event coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for reporting and data handling
• Comfortable learning new systems such as CRM platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities

• Compensation range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, plus potential bonus up to 5%
