What You’ll Do
You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, providing clear, timely, and professional support. You will contribute to service excellence while gaining experience in order management, process improvement, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer and consumer inquiries related to products, programs, and availability in both French and English.

Enter, update, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Apply sales program terms consistently and support order-related questions.

Analyze incoming requests and determine effective solutions within established timelines.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.

Support the onboarding and training of new customer service team members.

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

One year or more of customer service experience.

Golf equipment knowledge (will be tested)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfort working with computers and standard office software.

Experience with ERP systems or order management tools is an asset.
