Field Service Technician
Location: North York, ON
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Field Service Technician who is fluent in French and English to join their technical service team. What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support—both on-site and remotely. This role offers a dependable schedule, with travel built in as a routine part of your work. You’ll build strong client relationships by helping them get the best out of their equipment while collaborating closely with your internal team.
Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on technical equipment

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in the field and remotely

Provide expert advice and training to customers

Support warranty processes and document service activities

Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service

Travel regularly to customer locations as required

Assist with onboarding and mentoring new technicians
Qualifications

Previous experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting, or technical field support

Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and multimeters

Post-secondary education in a technical field

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and the US

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently in a variety of customer settings
