Bilingual Technical Help Analyst (French Required)

This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, with initial onsite training and one day per week in-office thereafter. What You’ll Do
You will be the first point of contact for Tier 1 technical support, assisting real estate professionals with system access, password resets, listing visibility, and more. Your clear communication and commitment to service will ensure that users stay productive and supported. Most support is handled by email and phone.
Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 support via phone and email for internal systems used by real estate professionals

Handle issues such as login problems, listing display errors, and general platform navigation

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed

Log and follow up on support tickets through the CRM

Participate in testing new system updates

Assist with minor translation reviews, internal reporting, and ad hoc requests
Qualifications

Fluency in Quebec French and English, spoken and written

2 to 3 years of relevant customer or tech support experience

Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and basic CRM systems

Comfortable working independently and within a small team

Strong listening and communication skills, especially over the phone

Steady, calm, and professional under pressure

Post-secondary education preferred
