Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a dependable point of contact for inbound calls and emails from clients in the optical field. Your focus will be on delivering accurate, respectful, and timely service. After a full on-site onboarding period, there may be an opportunity for hybrid work based on your performance and your supervisor’s discretion.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide customer support in both French and English

Monitor and respond to client email inquiries

Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

Manage account updates and monitor back orders

Ensure consistent accuracy with a low error rate

Meet established service and quality benchmarks

Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (9/9 level)

At least 2 years of call center or customer service experience

Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Able to commute easily to an Etobicoke-based office

Typing accuracy and speed will be assessed during the interview process

Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms

Starting salary of $45,760 per year for bilingual candidates ($22/hour)
