What You’ll Do
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, execute strategic marketing plans, and ensure the success of product lines from conception to launch. Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned product portfolio
• Support brand strategy and product launch initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects to completion on time
• Develop go-to-market materials and presentations
• Monitor performance metrics and assess competitive benchmarks
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer and consumer needs
• Contribute to pricing decisions and profitability analysis
• Maintain compliance with financial and safety standards
Qualifications
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing
• 1–2 years of experience in a CPG or marketing-focused environment
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Experience with inventory or category management is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English, with French considered a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
