Bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in responding to customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating closely with the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in managing tasks with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and technical specifications
• Prepare quotes and enter orders using an internal CRM system
• Coordinate with the outside sales team and internal departments to meet customer needs
• Manage order follow-ups, returns, and customer complaints
• Take phone calls and respond to email requests, managing over 200 calls monthly
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Apply basic project coordination skills to support task efficiency
• Escalate technical issues to appropriate team members when needed
• Uphold professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting or working with a sales team
• Basic understanding of project coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Friendly, personable, and phone-savvy
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
• Post-secondary education and relevant customer service or sales support experience
