Bilingual Customer Care and Admin Coordinator (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly, organized first point of contact for customer inquiries. Your focus will be on creating smooth experiences by logging support tickets, providing timely updates, and liaising between customers and technical teams. With strong bilingual communication skills, you’ll help customers feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
• Log incoming tickets and ensure accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers via phone and email with updates and confirmations
• Collaborate with the technical support team to follow up on service requests
• Handle basic administrative tasks that keep workflows running smoothly
• Contribute to a positive and engaging team environment
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in retail, office, or similar settings
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a solutions-focused mindset
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, with minimal accent in English
• Comfortable with flexible hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
• Valid work permit in Canada with at least several years of eligibility remaining
• Ability to reliably commute to the office location by transit or car
Benefits
• Starting salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year
