Territory Manager – Industrial Products (French Asset – not a Must)

Our client is hiring a dynamic and bilingual Territory Manager to join their growing Canadian sales team. What You’ll Do
You will drive new business and expand existing accounts in industrial sectors, offering tailored safety and compliance solutions. You'll collaborate with distributors, present product demos, and serve as a technical advisor while working alongside a high-performing internal support team.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to close new business
• Grow revenue within key accounts and distribution networks
• Present customized solutions and product demonstrations
• Lead facility walkthroughs to assess safety and compliance needs
• Support distributor training and motivation
• Maintain accurate customer data and forecasts in Salesforce.com
• Travel across the region up to 40%–50% of the month
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client success

Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Background in industrial manufacturing or distribution sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight regionally
• Strong technical presentation and consultative selling skills
• Familiarity with OEM and industrial environments
• Salesforce experience and analytical mindset
