Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)
Introduction

Our client is looking for a detail-driven Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Ontario-based team. This is an in-person role with steady hours and a strong focus on reliable support and excellent service.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality customer care. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in English and French
• Process customer orders accurately using the ERP system
• Provide product details, pricing, availability, and order updates
• Support customers with returns, issues, and order tracking
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and assist with quotes and documentation
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Assist with expediting urgent shipments as needed
Qualifications
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, order desk, or inside sales
• Experience using ERP systems
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of flooring or building materials is a plus but not required
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate is preferred
