Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + 4% Bonus

Your Role:
As a Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts across Canada and the U.S., maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, and proactively reduce delinquencies through professional, soft-collections techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct credit assessments for new and existing accounts

Analyze credit reports and recommend credit limits

Manage collections activity for Quebec, Atlantic Canada, Alberta, and BC

Monitor and release orders from credit hold

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service)

Track all collection activity and provide regular reporting

Support U.S. operations and participate in process improvement initiatives
What You Bring:

Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)

1–3 years of B2B credit and collections experience

Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP Business One

Enrolled in or open to pursuing CIC/CCP designation (tuition support available)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
