Bilingual Machine Operator / Team Lead (English and French required)

This role involves overseeing Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing operations and one team member, all within a reliable and consistent work environment. Fluency in both English and French is required.
What You’ll Do
You will manage and operate Direct-to-Film printing equipment, ensure production quality, and take responsibility for locking up the facility at the end of each shift. Your leadership will help maintain a smooth night operation with clear communication and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor DTF printing machines

Apply powder adhesive during the printing process

Prevent and respond to print head strikes

Supervise one team member, including scheduling breaks and lunch

Perform nightly closing duties and secure the facility

Maintain quality control throughout the shift
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French

Experience with industrial or printing machinery, preferably DTF

Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient

Able to manage minor issues independently

Comfortable in a low-supervision environment with light team oversight
