Bilingual Sr. Procurement Analyst

This position supports our Distribution team by delivering the highest level of service to institutional clients—leading to new investment mandates and strong asset retention. Acting as the central hub for all RFPs, this role also provides support for consultant databases and customized client reporting. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication in English and French, and the ability to build relationships with both Canadian and global partners.
Key Responsibilities
1) Requests for Proposal (RFP)

Complete RFPs using established processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Facilitate meetings with internal partners to extract product messaging and positioning.

Build relationships with senior investment managers (IPMs/PMs) to strengthen client presentations.

Track response updates and maintain database accuracy.

Conduct product research to highlight strengths and address potential weaknesses.

Represent Canada in global RFP/Database meetings and uphold best practices.
2) Consultant Databases

Accurately populate data into consultant databases within deadlines.

Ensure data and messaging are regularly updated in collaboration with business partners.

Respond promptly to ad-hoc information requests from the Distribution team.

Support dynamic risk assessments and integrated audit processes.
3) Customized Client Reporting

Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly institutional client reports.

Complete due diligence questionnaires and industry surveys.

Deliver Compliance Certificates in line with regulatory standards.
4) Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong partnerships with Distribution, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Collaborate with global partners across the U.S. and international offices.
5) Product Knowledge

Maintain deep institutional product knowledge and monitor the competitive landscape.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

University degree in finance or related field (or equivalent experience).

Bilingual (English/French), verbal and written.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

CFA designation is an asset.
