Marketing Manager (French an asset)

Our client is seeking a bilingual (English required, French an asset) Marketing Manager to lead creative campaigns, product launches, and digital strategy. What You’ll Do
You will spearhead integrated marketing efforts across Canada and beyond, managing everything from trade shows and ambassador programs to digital media and e-commerce platforms. Your creative thinking, organizational skill, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives will help drive awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute trade shows and exhibitions with sales leadership
• Lead creative content development for digital, print, and broadcast media
• Partner with the graphic designer on promotional materials and displays
• Direct the user experience and content of the e-commerce store
• Coordinate product launches from concept through rollout
• Manage advertising contracts and key media relationships
• Oversee ambassador and affiliate programs with contract negotiation
• Support social media and newsletter campaigns
• Contribute to CRM enhancements (Salesforce) and internal documentation
• Provide in-store dealer support and product presentations
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities
• Manage public relations and press coverage
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
• Lead the transition of e-commerce platforms with global partners
• Supervise and motivate the marketing team
• Prepare marketing budgets, forecasts, and presentations
• Represent the brand at exhibitions and meetings
• Travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Qualifications
• University or college degree in Marketing, Event Planning, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including web and e-commerce
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred
• Proven ability to manage staff, deadlines, and multiple projects
• Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal skills
• Strategic, organized, and creative problem-solver
• Valid passport, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle
• Able to work from the Oshawa HQ daily
• PAL (Restricted) required or can be obtained at hire
• Credit and criminal background checks will be required
• Bilingual in English required, French is an asset
