Our client, a leading financial institution located in downtown Toronto, is seeking an experienced Bilingual (French/English) Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of 10–15 employees.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.

Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.

Foster a positive and collaborative office culture through strong leadership.

Lead by example and take ownership of complex or VIP client requests.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Manager.

Fluent in both French and English (oral and written).

Experience in Financial Services (Mutual Fund industry preferred).
