We are seeking a Sales Representative with some leadership experience to join a high-performing team in the marketing supply industry. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in both inbound and outbound sales, and is eager to manage the full sales cycle—from order processing to cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management

Achieve performance metrics across inbound/outbound sales and live chat.

Understand customer needs and industry trends to recommend appropriate product solutions.

Maintain up-to-date records and manage full sales transactions using CRM platforms.
Customer Engagement & Retention

Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional service to both new and existing customers.

Promote key products and services, articulating the value and benefits effectively.

Generate and forward leads to relevant technical and hardware/software teams.
High-Volume Sales Interaction

Manage 30+ inbound customer calls/chats daily.

Conduct 15+ proactive outbound calls to nurture and grow existing accounts.

Conduct field visits (10–15 per day, pending approval) to deepen customer relationships and collect feedback.
Market Development

Keep current with new industry products, technologies, and market trends.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and brand promotion.

Drive market share expansion through product expertise and strategic outreach.
Customer Experience Ownership

Oversee accurate order entry, shipping coordination, invoicing, and customer communication.

Resolve issues quickly, fostering trust and customer satisfaction.

Build loyalty through consistent, high-quality service.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with managers and coordinators to align sales efforts and share market intelligence.

Participate in special initiatives, sample distribution, and promotional events.

Submit timely reports on field visits and sales activities.
Who You Are
Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle sales and B2B customer relationships and some leadership experience.

Skilled in cross-selling, upselling, and solution-oriented selling.

Strong CRM and sales software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, CloudSuite, etc.).
