Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Bonus (Performance & Company)
Work Type: On-site | Full-time
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (On-call during peak periods)
Vacation: 4 Weeks

We’re hiring an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead and optimize our growing infrastructure in a multi-user environment (50+ users). Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department

Manage and mentor a small but growing team (currently 2+ members)

Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud servers

Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 environments

Support a multi-software environment across the organization

Ensure secure and efficient IT systems for 50+ users

Handle escalations and be available during on-call periods in busy seasons
Required Experience

Proven people management experience in IT

In-depth expertise in cloud and on-premise server administration

Demonstrated success managing IT in a 50+ user environment

Strong understanding of multi-platform, software-heavy infrastructures

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environments
