Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual – French/English)
Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid – must have a car)

What You’ll Do:

Handle 50–75 calls daily (plus emails) from consumers

Provide support on product use, warranties, repairs, and more

Log cases, process orders, and follow through in CRM and SAP

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Learn and retain product knowledge across multiple categories

Contribute to a high-performing, team-focused service environment
What You’ll Need:

Fluency in French & English (spoken and written)

3–5 years of experience in a high-volume call center

Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management

Ability to work hybrid (car required – not transit accessible)

Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the role
Additional Info:

Standard hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Onboarding: 4 days/week in office for 2–3 months
