Sun 10 – 2
They work 5 days; guaranteed 38-40 hours weekly
Days worked may change week to week depending on store needs; flexibility required
Salary: $20/hour + bonus (average for ASMs has been $100/month)
You can earn a monthly bonus based on how many rentals your store gets.

DUTIES:
- Delivers exceptional customer service while effectively selling all aspects of the rental experience, including units, protection plans, merchandise, and other ancillary features including but not limited to, auto payment options.
- Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
- Responds to phone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with corporate staff, all levels of management and store employees, and customers.
- Closes sales effectively, whether managing potential sales calls or assisting walk-in visitors, meeting targeted occupancy levels.
- Oversees the daily operations of the facility, including performing routine walkthroughs, identifying and addressing any safety hazards, and reporting or managing issues as they arise as needed.
- Coordinates vendor and service provider activities while on the store premises.
- Exhibits strong telephone etiquette by addressing inquiries from current tenants, resolving their issues, and making prompt collection calls to manage overdue accounts.
- Manages a cash bank, including processing payments, adhering to cash handling procedures, and performing scheduled bank deposits.
- Ensures the facility is continuously maintained to a high standard of cleanliness both on the interior as well as, overseeing exterior upkeep to enhance curbside appeal.
- Adapts to changes when new processes, standards, and technologies are introduced.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned from time to time.
