CALL SALES CENTER AGENT – FULLY REMOTE – open to ON, AB, BC only
Training is in-office at nearest SmartStop location

JOB HOURS: 8am – 1am must be flexible
Salary: $19/hour + monthly bonus (some average $500 – $2K+ monthly); bonus eligibility kicks in after training and after 30 days (must have Call Grading Score of 85%)
Bonus consists of: 1) Call Center Leases 2) Sales to Rental Conversion
Bonus is UNCAPPED

DUTIES:
- Takes inbound sales calls, assessing customer’s storage needs, and provides tailored recommendations using effective sales techniques to secure rentals.
- Addresses and overcomes objections to successfully convert inquiries into reservations.
- Assists existing customers by answering questions, processing payments, and resolving concerns.
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.
- Adheres to sales and service guidelines to meet customers’ needs and requests.
- Works diligently to meet the personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
