Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and fax

Manage customer inquiries, order processing, returns, credits, and complaints with attention to detail

Accurately document and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams

Investigate and resolve issues related to product shipments and order discrepancies

Provide initial intake for product complaints, adverse events, and service-related concerns

What We’re Looking For

Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
