Bilingual Customer Service – 100% Remote
A privately held, Canadian sports lifestyle organization that owns and operates multiple stores and banners across Canada. While I have purposely left the name of the company out of this message, they are well-known and established with an excellent training program.
A bit about the job:
Think retail, but on the head office side, with better pay, better hours, full-time hours, fully remote and mostly emails with 2-3 phone calls per day.
You will be handling cases, investigating and problem-solving on a team of 6 people. You are supporting end-users, e-commerce and retail stores from a corporate back-end perspective. Anything to do with an order, a purchase, shipping, gift cards, etc. It's a bilingual role, 15% of cases are French.
Did I mention it's fully remote so you can work from anywhere in Canada?
