Role Overview
As a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator/Representative, you will be a vital member of the Steward Services team, facilitating the jurisdictional compliance requirements of corporate clients across Canada. You will act as a trusted resource, guiding clients through regulatory frameworks and ensuring their recycling responsibilities are managed accurately and effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Educate and support clients on Canadian (EPR/IPR) recycling regulations and compliance requirements.

Manage client accounts to ensure timely and accurate remittances.

Conduct outreach and follow-up on reporting documentation.

Assist clients with invoicing inquiries and concerns.

Perform document audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Identify and resolve service provider issues.

Handle rotating shifts (7am–3pm, 9am–5pm, or 11am–7pm) out of the Mississauga head office.

Execute additional ad hoc projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile

French/English bilingualism at a professional working level (mandatory).

2+ years experience in client management, including generating fee reports, reconciliations, and making necessary adjustments.

Strong customer service background, comfortable interacting with clients and the public over the phone.

Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is a strong asset.

Experience with environmental compliance, stewardship, or regulatory reporting is an advantage.

A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work rotating daytime/evening shifts as required.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000+ annually (depending on experience)
